Victorian Photo Frame, Wooden Frame with Claw Feet Handpainted Flowers, Original Art Deco Photo on Linen Signed

Rare Victorian wooden frame with hand painted flowers. The frame sits on an attached wooden base with carved claw style feet.
Around the frame and the base are hand painted flowers. The frame itself appears to have a dark ebony paint and some of the paint has chipped along the base. The flowers may have been painted at a later date, but the frame is definitely late Victorian to early Art Deco period from 1910's - 1920's.
There is a beautiful colored or tinted photograph of a lady in the Art Deco period. She is wearing an exquisite dress. It was professionally done because there is a signature in the bottom right hand corner. It actually looks like it is on some type of linen. I have not tried to take the photo out of the frame and I do not plan to do that.
