Vintage silver plate bowl with handles. The manufacturer of the bowl was Pilgrim Silver Company. The Pilgrim Silver Co. or Pilgrim Silverplate is a trade name of Friedman Silver Co., Inc. of Brooklyn, New York. The Freidman Silver Company actively made Pilgrim silver from 1908 to 1960 in its New York facility. Gorham Silver Company purchased the facility in 1960.
The bowl has a floral relief pattern around the rim of the bowl.
I think the bowl probably had a glass insert and a top at one time. I think the bowl would be a wonderful piece to contain a flower arrangement.
