Large silver plate vase. The trumpet style vase has a ribbed design around the body and a large lip at the top. I think it is probably silver over brass because there is a very small spot where the silver has slightly worn and a hint of brass or copper shows through. It is very light and with reflections it is difficult to photograph. There is also a very small ding near one of the columns that encircle the body of the vase.
I think it is a wonderful vase for an arrangement on a chest, or even a reception table at a wedding.
