A lovely vintage Sheridan silver plate tea service set which includes the teapot, coffee pot, creamer, covered sugar and large footed butler's tray. The set is in very good vintage condition with only minor scuffs on the tray. The serving pieces are in good condition and clean inside. There is a little oxidation in the coffee pot where it was used for coffee at parties or bridge parties. The coffee pot also has a few little scuffs on the back probably from use. It does not take away from the set. The set is priced accordingly.
The large tray is chased with a floral design. It is footed and handled. It is a lovely tray for the set but also to use for serving. The center of the tray has a lovely circular medallion which could have an engraved monogram in the center if desired. Please note in photo 5. The darker spots are reflections of a chandelier from above.
