White Ironstone Wm. Adams and Sons Pitcher English Ironstone Empress Pattern Footed Pitcher Cottage Farmhouse Ironstone Kitchen Collectibles

White English Ironstone pitcher by Wm. Adams and Sons. The pattern is Empress and the date of production is early 1950's. The pitchers were made in this pattern in graduated sizes. This particular pitcher is the largest size and holds 48 ounces of liquid.
The pitcher does have some crazing and a small spot where some of the glaze has come off on the inside of the pitcher. There are two small surface crazing marks on one side that appears in photo 4. The lines are only on the surface and do not go through the piece. I am pricing the piece accordingly.
It is a great pitcher if you like to collect pitchers, ironstone, or if you would like to use it to hold a flower arrangement.
