Eight Place Settings Silver Plate Flatware, Holmes and Edwards Youth Pattern 1940, 44 Pieces Vintage Silver Flatware, Table Settings

A lovely set of Holmes and Edwards silver plate flatware. The pattern is Youth and was made in 1940. The pattern actually has the design facing two different directions. The pieces that face the left side of the plate have the design facing toward the plate and the opposite pieces of flatware correspond facing the plate.
All of the silver is in very nice condition with no loss of silver and minor scuffs commensurate with age and use.
There are 8 four piece place settings with extra teaspoons and 3 oval soup spoons which could be used as serving spoons if desired. Also included in the set are 3 serving utensils which includes the sugar shell, butter knife and one large serving tablespoon.
I have pictured the set in a Rogers cutlery box and I am including the box in the price of the set. If you are not interested in the box, please let me know and I will adjust the cost of the listing.
