A vintage pine barrel storage container or tub. If you like rustic or country items this is a great piece. It is split pine put together with strips of metal to make a tub or container. I think the previous owner used it in a hearth room and probably put small logs in it. It would be a great piece for a small living Christmas tree.
It did come from an estate with a large amount of Southern pine furniture.
The color is so nice, a warm pine color.
It could be used for a flower container, toys, small logs or other storage items.
The bucket is in good vintage condition. It does have a little separation on one side of the metal rings to the wood, but it is still intact.
