Japanese Porcelain Footed Bowl Geisha Girl, 3 Footed Scalloped Bowl, Cobalt Blue Vintage Hand Painted Japanese Porcelain Bowl

Small Japanese hand painted porcelain bowl with 3 feet. The bowl is scalloped and has a deep cobalt blue color on the feet and around the rim. The blue flows through the porcelain in places. The porcelain is also translucent. You can see through it when held up to the light.
The image on the inside is a fan with 3 Geisha women. On the outside is the cobalt blue rim with cinnabar red stars. Some of the stars have gold inner accents. There is also a mark on the bottom with gold Japanese letters over a cinnabar colored background. I am not sure if this is a mark of the region, company or artist of the bowl.
* Condition - The bowl is in good vintage condition for the age. There is a small white spot on the bottom of the pad of one foot. It is pictured in photo 4. Also around the rim of the bowl there appears to be a few spots where the rim is rough. It appears that it may have been touched up.
