A lovely antique Victorian fashion print. The print has a copyright of 1907 by A Fox. It is a Victorian lady in blue with a blue hat. It is framed in an oval gold wooden frame. The frame appears to be the original frame with the framers tag on the back. I live in Birmingham, and this store was in operation from 1896 through the early 1900's.
